Sometimes the threshold is simply the moment you stop wondering and decide to do the thing.

A boudoir session is a day to get styled, laugh, be completely guided, and create photographs that feel unmistakably like you—with exceptional lighting and a team devoted to making the entire experience easy.

Here is how it works:

01. - You reach out

Tell us a little about yourself and what has you curious.

You do not need to know what you will wear, how you will pose, which products you want, or even exactly when you would like your session. We’ll send you the practical details about the experience, pricing, artwork, payment options, and next steps.

Reaching out does not commit you to booking. It is simply how the conversation begins.

02. - Choose how to begin

If you have questions or would like to get to know the studio first, schedule a private 15-minute phone consultation.

If you’re one of the many women who already know the studio, have been following for years, or just know you’re ready, you can reserve your session online.

Either way, once you are booked, we’ll schedule your personal planning consultation and choose the session date together.

03. - We plan it together

Every session is designed around the individual woman—your personality, comfort, style, and the kind of photographs you want to create.

During your planning consultation, we’ll talk about wardrobe, professional hair and makeup, preparation, inspiration, privacy, and all the little details that make the experience feel personal. We can meet at the studio or virtually if you are outside Northwest Arkansas.

We’ll also look at albums, digitals, and artwork so you understand your options before session day.

04. - Your session

This is my favorite part.

We begin with professional hair and makeup. Then I guide you through every pose, expression, hand placement, breath, and movement. You never need to wonder what to do next—and you certainly do not need to practice beforehand.

My clients often say it felt less like a photo shoot and more like spending the day with friends. We laugh, play with different ideas, and somewhere in the middle of it all, create some truly remarkable photographs.

Plan on approximately three to four hours at the studio.

05. - You see everything

Five to ten days later, you’ll return for your private image reveal.

Seeing the photographs for the first time is its own experience. Some women laugh. Some go quiet. Some immediately ask to see one again.

The lovely surprise is not that you suddenly became somebody else.

It is realizing, “Oh. That really is me.”

You’ll choose your favorite photographs and decide how you would like to enjoy them—as an album, folio box, digitals, wall art, or a combination designed around you. I’ll guide you through the choices and handle the details from there.

Photographs, albums, and finished artwork are purchased separately at your reveal appointment.
